Personal data via the website
When you contact me through the booking form or by email, I store the information you choose to provide, such as:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Message
The information is used only to:
- Respond to you
- Schedule appointments
- Manage our communication
I do not collect more information than necessary.
Cookies
The website may use necessary cookies for technical functionality.
They are not used for marketing or tracking.
Personal data in therapy
In connection with therapy, I process the personal data necessary to carry out the sessions, such as contact details and working notes.
I do not keep medical records under the Swedish Patient Data Act.
The notes I keep are working notes that support the therapeutic process.
The notes are:
- Stored in a locked cabinet
- In locked premises
- Kept during the time we are in contact
- Kept for up to six months after the last session, you can request for them to be destroyed earlier.
After that, they are securely destroyed.
Your information is not shared with anyone without your consent, unless required by law.
Payment and bookkeeping
When you pay via Swish, invoice or bank transfer, the information necessary to complete the payment is processed.
According to Swedish bookkeeping law, certain payment records must be stored for a legally required period.
How long data is stored
- Website contact details are stored only as long as necessary.
- Therapy notes are kept during our contact and for up to six months afterward.
- Payment records are stored according to legal requirements.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request information about the data I hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of data, where there is no legal obligation to retain it
